The Standard Rate applies to properties not exceeding 7 rooms.

The Standard Rate is for rooms defined by a designated usage, eg. Lounge, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, etc.

There is zero charge for the following: garden, porch, hall, 1st set of stairs and landing.

Supplementary Charges

Each additional room charge - £5.00

Part furnished - £5.00

Fully furnished - £10.00

Excessive defects and Excessive Items - £10.00

For example an unfurnished 2 bedroom property containing the following rooms;

Entrance Hall, Cloakroom, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen, Stairs/Landing, Bed 1, Bed 2, Bathroom

Total chargeable rooms - 7

Rate = £50.00 plus VAT
